Counseling - Initial
Purchase one 60 minute initial assessment and consultation where we discuss your questions about health, nutrition, and wellness. We will also discuss your goals & what diet adjustments to make in order to help you meet them. This is the right service for you if you need fine tuning & are able to stick to goals without additional accountability. Includes any materials that I feel will help you take your next step to wellness.
Counseling - Follow Up (Single Session)
Purchase one 30 minute follow-up session (available only to those who have completed an initial consultation). Follow-up sessions offer on-going support and education to help you overcome barriers along the way and sustain changes for long-term success.
Counseling - Nutrition reset
Includes a 60 minute initial assessment and consultation + two 30 minute follow up appointments.
This is the best option if you feel stuck with your current diet, need new meal/snack ideas, and need accountability/support throughout the process.
Typically this reset takes about 2 months (appointments are spaced out).
food sensitivity testing (LEAP)
Do you suffer from IBS, migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis or other conditions stemming from inflammation? If so, LEAP may be the solution you've been looking for.
LEAP involves a blood test to identify food and chemical sensitivities, as well as a personalized diet plan based on the results.
The LEAP Program is an intensive program designed for those who have chronic inflammatory conditions related to food and chemical sensitivities. This program will uncover the foods that are triggering your inflammation and calm the inflammation through diet. If you believe any of your health problems may be caused by the foods you eat, even healthy foods, you may be a candidate for this program.

This is an 8 week plant-based diet make-over! This option is for you if you're looking to make a complete transition to a whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) diet. What is a WFPB diet? A diet loaded with real foods! Real food comes from fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts/seeds, and whole grains. This is the most nourishing way you can choose to heal and fuel your body!
It includes an initial assessment at Week 1, two follow up sessions at Weeks 4 and 8, and weekly check-ins (along with unlimited email/text). Jennifer will help you set realistic goals, provide sample meal plans, review your food logs and laboratory studies, make supplement recommendations if necessary, and provide support throughout the transition.

Grocery Store tour
Jennifer will meet you at your local grocery store and show you how to select healthy items that will help you meet your goals. She will also suggest meals that you can make using those items, for a practical approach to eating.
This service is for you if you understand the basics of your diet but you're still not sure how to plan meals that will taste good and save time. Jennifer will put together 5 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack suggestions to help you meet your goals. Plans are tailored to your specific macro and micronutrient needs.
