I recently came across a new website/application that I knew I had to share with you all this month!
It’s called Pinto and not only does it allow you to track your diet, but it also helps you find products that fit whatever profile you create! I chose the Engine 2 plan and have been playing around with it this week. I love the customization feature and the fact that you can track and flag specific nutrients!
Clients are always asking me about the best ways to keep track of their intake, and while I typically don’t promote food logs this could be super useful if you need some additional help making healthy choices.
