I hope you are all staying warm as we make our way into the coldest months of the year.
Now that we’re one month into the New Year I wanted to check in with you. How are you doing with your New Year’s resolutions and intentions? I’ve heard from some of my clients that they are struggling more than they expected to, while others are really crushing their goals!

I also wanted to update you all on some things that have been going on in my life! As some of you know, I work full time as a metabolic/pediatric dietitian at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. I’ve been working incredibly hard on building up my private practice on nights and weekends. This has been exciting, but also increasingly challenging as my business grows.
For that reason I made one of my New Year’s resolutions to make a shift in how my career looked this year…I had no idea that I would be able to check that resolution off just two weeks into January!
So, in the next few weeks I will be transitioning to part time at my clinical job, in order to give my practice the space to grow. I will be available for private consults on Monday, Friday, and Saturday at that time. I will still offer night availability but on those days I will soon have the option to see you during the day!
